Check out another wonderful "shoe artist", Winona.
Winona being a big fan of My Chemical Romance, has done up several "MCR" themed footwear. (see pictures). She also took part in the Converse "Foot Fetish" competition and made it to the top 20 designs. Her winning piece can be found here (2nd box on the right, the one decorated with shades.).
Here are some of her customs.
