This site now takes in request to customize your very own.
Here is how you get yours:

Send and email to donchd@gmail.com and state the following information:

1) Shoe Size: 36 - 42
2) Colours: your desired shoe colours eg. red(more) and white
3) design theme: what you want drawn on your ballerinas.
4) Add my character?: whether you want my characters to be part of your design.

Each ballerinas customized costs $18.50 (with postage)

We send via post only unless you can convince me for meet ups. ha.
